How we write, speak, use grammar, etc. are vastly different to theirs to the extent that it's exceedingly abstruse. A Japanese speaker becoming fluent in English should be considered commendable.

People aren't willing to learn the complex skills needed to even start the process. They are, however, VERY willing to complain that nobody is cracking.
