@FlaviaCacace Hi Flavia, Virgin Media have now updated their Service Status page to "Known issue... Fix estimate today at 6pm." You can also register for loss of service on there for compensation credit.

That says no issues but fault phone line says there are problems in south east my broadband speed tests have been all over the place this W/E usually get 200+ 20+ but not last 2days some are V slow not enough to stream my classes F
@FlaviaCacace Sorry to hear that your broadband isn't working as expected Flavia and that it's affecting your online classes. Can you check our service checker / 0800 561 0061 to see if there is a known fault in your area? What does it say? ^LCH

I don’t usually write tweets like this but trying to run an online business while relying on @virginmedia broadband is like doing a tango in flip flops. Speeds are all over the place impossible to stream anything never mind teach people to dance. Sorry it’s awful. Sort it out😈
