I responded to the Speaker Pro Tem's threats against our city & its employees. We've eliminated 161 positions, cut $11.9 million in expenditures. Residents are paying more money for less, and w/ no reduction in GRU rates. The ppl have given enough, now it's time to hear them

@AnthonyClose Shelby explained it. Ron DeSantis is now in control of Gainesvilles water, electricity, natural gas and telecom. This referendum brings it back to the City Commission. Chuck Clemons doesn’t like that we are voting on this and is threatening us.
