Legal Fact: Neither federal, state, nor local government can mandate face masks because they are under the PREP Act, which requires you to surrender your 5th and 14th Amendment due process rights to sue for resulting injuries. The Supreme Court has long stated that governments cannot require you to relinquish your constitutional rights even during a national emergency.

Every single dollar wasted by USAID should be CLAWED BACK (seized if necessary) and refunded to the American people in the form of a tax refund or stimulus distribution. They wasted our money. We want it back!

When I was in school, public school, it wasn't bad. My school district always did well. But that was the appeal of living where my parents lived: good schools. My kids went to a private Montessori school before we started homeschooling. I wouldn't dream of putting them in a public school. Especially with how young they are. I can see, for example, how math smart my son is, but how he gets so bored by rote memorization, so he would probably have problems in a public school.
