This time I do genuinely feel sorry for any Steelers fan who travelled down for that Sheffield performance. Utterly pathetic. We’ve all been there and it hurts to spend your time and money travelling when the team doesn’t put the same effort in.

@TerraOrBust @louderry You’re misunderstanding legal terminology. The appeals change the decision of the original court case. Which was in May. But if you’re gullible enough to believe a lawyer misled Parliament on legal terminology crack on! 😂😂😂

@TerraOrBust @louderry Yes I’ve read it. The actual lawyer points out to the journalist that the relevant date is the first one as even the appeals have to refer to the law on that first date.

@JohnRentoul Then he was correct. The law and executive decisions that were being examined in the appeal are the law and facts on 30/5/24. Each step of the appeals process examines whether the lower one was correct. And ultimately whether the decision by the Home Office (30/5/24) is lawful

@TerraOrBust @louderry Maybe you should have learnt to read the whole document. The court case decision date was 30th May 2024. You’re looking at the date of the last appeal.
