The US and its allies will now have almost full control of the Mediterranean, literally the most important sea in the world, and it will have more investments in the Gaza strip, creating more jobs, and more money going to the economy. It's literally what the US got with Alaska or Hawaii, at the beginning it didn't look like much but it was an investment for the future
