To help support our customers in Atlantic Canada dealing with Hurricane Fiona, we are proactively giving eligible customers an extra 50 GB of mobile data to use between Sept. 24 - Sept. 28 and waiving fees for long-distance calls within Canada.

We’re undertaking an in-depth review in partnership with Ericsson. We know this was related to an Ericsson software upgrade that caused devices to be disconnected from our network. We will use the findings of that review to help prevent similar issues from happening again (3/4)
