@SharkDiet @DMichaelTripi The tv broadcast dropped the volume of the crowd to avoid cussing on national tv.

@heyMAKWA It's not "sometimes" it's all the time. Ive watched families sink hundreds a month on trash. Maybe I'd have better self control if I wasn't raised on garbage food since I was a toddler paid for by my mom's foodstamps

@ArtfulExorcism @cominginhot40 @GoddessSableF Honestly, we need an atf for the junk garbage we put in our bodies. Instead we let pepsico and Nestle bribe our politicians to keep it unregulated and in every grocery store.

@GoddessSableF A strawman would be: You like America being the fattest most unhealthy 1st world country. That the people that can least afford to see a doctor also spend hundreds of tax $ on chips, sweets, and soda every month. Seeing min wage workers having heart attacks pre 40 yrs old.

@IsVittra Part of why junk food shouldn't be an option, is because it's too cheap, easy, and pleasurable. That's why it's so addictive. Something that should be an occasional treat has become a staple of American diets.

@IsVittra There should be a menu like on the Factor75 website that you can use to pick meals safe for your restrictions. Tax money should be used to help people, not poison them

@Kelsoland_Inst @travelingenes I think we should fund sending healthy premade meals directly to the homes of people on SNAP via a service like Factor. I'd even be in favor of a Hello Fresh option. But we shouldn't be helping these corporations hook children on junk addictions with tax money.

@jakki_jax It's not "once in a while." It's every month, walking to the convenience store, and blowing hundreds on candy, chips, and soda. Source? Working at a convenience store for 7 years. Also, living it as a child. Let SNAP be for real food. I'd be in favor of spending 5x on SNAP Tax

@QueenMab87 As a 330 pound person whose mom took us on food stamp day to the store for hostess treats, getting addicted to unhealthy foods from toddler to adulthood was bad actually.

@AshtonMonitor These people act like being trans is some club that has the power to kick people out. That's like blaming gay people for the stuff Milo Yiannopoulos says.

@AshtonMonitor She didn't foster that community. A bunch of transphobes took advantage of the situation to push an agenda.
