@mcuban @demsaredolts I work in a machine shop as a manual machinist We have automated machines as well and they still require *machinists* to run them. I can tell you from seeing it first hand that I'm not being replaced by a button pusher anytime soon

I bought my wife a Lenovo Legion laptop and was surprised to find during the initial setup you are "forced" to sign up for Microsoft I hate Microsoft. Here's how you can get around this BS 1. The easiest option is to simply not connect to the internet during initial setup But if you're like me and connected before finding the trap... 2. Click the "sign up" button. Then "shift + F10". In the terminal type "ipconfig \ release". Quickly hit the back button and you're free Hope this helps someone For my own Legion I *might* make a small partition for Windows. I've always used Ubuntu and kept a small Windows partition only because W.I.N.E. never seemed reliable enough But I don't think I'm going to do that this time since I haven't used the partition more than a couple times TLDR: Microsoft sucks, get Ubuntu

Yeah so, I'm not shopping @AldiUSA anymore Sure, the trials are in the UK but the fact their even considering using anything from Bill Gates F*ck that. Not worth risking mine and mine families health. Everyone I know will be hearing about this
When I saw this this morning, I though it was just another 'crazy conspiracy theory'. So like all good conspiracy theorists, I decided to fact check it before spreading more 'disinformation' and was shocked by the results. Firstly, it is absolutely true that Arla, who supply Tesco, Morrisons and Aldi, are trialling Bovaer on their dairy cattle So I went on. Bill Gates' Bovaer is so dangerous that it should not be handled without wearing full PPE as it is harmful if inhaled and a skin irritant. It's side effects include: Eye and skin irritation. Breathing difficulties And as always with any of Bill Gates' products - Male infertility. Worse still, Bovaer's genotoxicity (damage to DNA that could lead to such side effects as cancers and birth defects) is not known! Milk, butter, cheese etc, will all immediately be effected, but further, it is not clear whether crops grown in ground where manure has been used as a fertiliser will be effected. When they say trial, they really do mean trial as not much is known about the long terms effects of Bovaer, particularly if it were to enter the food chain. And we are, as usual, its unwitting participants. I guess we can't stop it from happening but we can choose where we buy our products and I for one will be boycotting Arla! #BoycottArla
