Read this bill Bill Analysis SB 593 defines unlawful pornography to include any depiction, image, or film that shows sexual intercourse which is normal or perverted, anal sodomy, sexual activity with an animal, sadomasochistic abuse, flagellation or torture, physical restraint such as binding or fettering in the context of sexual conduct, fellatio or cunnilingus, excretion in the context of sexual conduct, lewd exhibition of the uncovered genitals in the context of masturbation or other sexual conduct, and lewd exhibition of the uncovered genitals, buttocks, or, if such person is female, the breast, for the purpose of sexual stimulation of the viewer. The measure authorizes any person to bring action against any person who produces or distributes such items and knowingly engages in conduct that aids or abets the production or distribution of unlawful pornography. The measure provides that a person prevailing in his or her claims shall be entitled to $10,000.00 for each image as well as court costs and attorney fees. Persons who distribute unlawful pornography shall be subject to a term of imprisonment not more than 10 years and/or a fine of $100,000.00. The measure authorizes spouses to send such images to each other. The measure also increases the penalty for distributing child pornography. The term of imprisonment shall be equal to 10-30 years and/or a maximum fine of $250,000.00. Second and subsequent violations shall subject such persons to a term of imprisonment of 15-50 years and a fine of $300,000.00.

Here’s some of the guidelines from MFC wiki indicating that men will not be and shall not be on camera or else the model will get banned. It’s right up there with talking and doing things with minors and bestiality… very sexist. I could never do it and you could never have a multi gender party on camera either which is lame.

I’ve never streamed with MFC but I do know a lot of people who have. The culture of MFC is very girl versus girl and competitive with each other whereas CB is more collaborative if you go to any of the expos the MFC booth is always empty, and the CB booth is always popping and having a blast, we make fun of it all the time because these girls don’t wanna show up because nobody likes each other. (Verified from other people who used to be on MFC and didn’t like the cattiness and the girl versus girl mentality.) also as far as I recall, and someone, please correct me if I am wrong, but the last time I checked, couples cannot stream on MFC or men generally. Nor any penis having individual.
