Somehow got away with omading today! The fam seemed pretty chill cause they saw me eat in the morning. Anyway, it was so tasty!!! We got two pieces avocado toast (1 w/ turkey and 1 w/ tomato), 2/3 of a mango, yogurt, and on cup. I also had a Diet Coke with my meal.

Todays eats: I can’t believe they serve a whole cup of cinnamon sugar with my sweet potato.💀 I did not in fact eat the sugar or butter, like can’t a girl just enjoy plain sweet potato! I also had two glasses of peach wine to celebrate my graduation!

Today was pretty great. I got to see the total eclipse! Me and my friends went to eat after and I got a kimchi salad with peanut dressing! I also had a bit of focaccia and it was DEVINE! Does anyone have a cal estimate? I ate 1 slice bread with no oil.

OMAD! Today we have 2 lg. pieces of grilled chicken (464), cooked veggies (100), white rice (240), biscuit (200), and fresh fruit + veg (200). The internet says red lobster biscuits are 150 which was my ref. but I don’t believe that. Total=1200 ish. Lmk if u think this is correct

OMAD! I also had 4 corn chips to finish the guacamole. Admittedly I might also have a PBR later but we shall see. Kinda high calorie day- especially when accounting for the Girl Scout cookies which were 150 cal o_o. Will definantly be walking and going to the gym later.

OMAD! These pieces of chicken thigh were HUGE and I kinda regret eating the skin but oh well! I also got a tiny by of sweet potato casserole and it was basically a dessert! It was so sweet and tasty!

Was rushing out of the door to get to a concert but this was today’s eats. Rice, tofu, kimchi, and broccoli! I also ate some cauliflower on the side. Meal comes out to 616 calories. I also had a protein bar making the total 806 calories.

TODAYS EATS! The steamed egg is roughly 300 calories. Then the broccoli is 70 cal, and the grapefruit is 60. I’m gunna try to focus on protein this month to try and loose fat while gaining muscle.

I’ve become better at measuring and recording my food, but worse at taking pictures. Anyway, lunch today slapped. I had a turkey lettuce wrap, chickpeas, fruit, and carrots with hummus. I also had avocado and grapefruit for breakfast. Such an underrated combo!!!

I went to the gym today! I did lat raises, Arnold press, and pull ups! Cumulatively I did 30 pull ups. I want to be lighter so I can rock climb and have lean muscle!

Anyway during April I lost 11.4lbs. In May I unfortunately won’t be OMADing, but I’m going to try to keep my cals under 1200 unless I’m exercising. I am also going to try to stop purging. Anyway I hope everyone had a good evening!

OMAD! There were 3 chicken stackers which I think totals to around 500 cal (cream cheese). It’s was decent but i probably won’t get them again. Probably about a 1 1/2-cups each of beans and chicken. I’m calling the beans 66, and the chicken 200? Fruit and veg together= 200ish.

@ennaycal EAT BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT!!! Ideally something high in carbs. Otherwise you might pass out. I got a back tat once and only had a juice beforehand. I almost passed out 12 minutes in, and then had to run to the bathroom to throw up. It was really embarrassing.
