@ACCinTouch #ACC24 Remember subgroup analysis, secondary endpoints, adding to meta analysis pool, mentioning outside circumstances like COVID pandemic or war etc can all be hypothesis generating but we should embrace the data as it is. Kudos to investigators and #ACC24 to realize those in talks👍👏👏👏
When all 3 opening late breaking RCTs have neutral primary endpoints, i.e. null hypothesis cannot be rejected, it means few things: -better and more rigorous RCTs are being done, -it is hard to add incremental value to already available therapies, -there is data transparency
