@BritishGasHelp just sent me a message saying the complaint is closed but they still won't tell me how much I owe or let me pay anything! It's insane. I've literally been trying to pay what my dead Dad's owed for months now and they won't let me and have blocked the switch!

@BritishGasHelp are useless clowns. I reported my Dad dying to them in April and a month later they sent a threatening letter at the end of May to my dead Dad demanding arrears. Then after I contacted them again and gave them a death certificate and the final meter reading...

...so they refused payments, can't tell me what I owe from months ago and are now saying they want additional months payments even although I've been giving the new supplier meter readings since May! @BritishGasHelp are clowns and should be avoided for the sake of your sanity.

@BritishGasHelp I gave up waiting for a DM and phoned up and some idiot was telling me a load of crap so I'm now waiting for the person who dealt with this over a two week period at the end of May/start of June and who assured me at that time it was all sorted to call me back.
