@Lambdoid @Bitwig yes; with ableton and rx, i was always losing either transients, or bass got weird and stuttery. BW handles both perfectly.

@Lambdoid A lot of times, not even compressors are needed: volume (/automation) will often handle levels smoother.

@MePeterNicholls Yeah man, the manual work takes time but will sound the best. Especially vocal dynamics, de-essing, plosives, harshness…needs manual level automation as first line of defence before any plugins
