@HelleMax My best guess is he was transferred to another building or part of the prison. Maybe a medical reason? Maybe an issue with another inmate? Was told by someone who works in the DOC they constantly move in inmates for unknown reasons. But Sigfredo has been a Santa Rosa for a while.

@Debi59 He has been at Santa Rosa for some time. Sigfredo was moved there after he stabbed another inmate. Not sure why Vine is blasting this out, but Santa Rosa has been his home for over a year now.
