Falls awareness - The Falls team will be out and about visiting wards again promoting falls safety for all inpatient across each sites👇. Last week we held our Falls Link Nurse meeting, thank you to Edmond, Zak from Radiology Dept. and Alan from Ramblegard for presenting.

Week 3 - We were out and about at the GH yesterday completing an audit on knowledge of falls and incident reporting. We also took the opportunity to speak to patients and relatives about reducing risk of falls in whilst in hospital and at home. More Info below 👇
