On January 23rd, First Solar associates attended a 1.5-hour session focused on mental health, where we explored how to recognize, understand, and support mental well-being in the workplace. 🌱 This “Mental Health First Aid” session offered an introduction to mental health, taught participants how to recognize signs of mental health issues, examined potential side effects, and included personal sharing experiences as well as the tools available through our First Solar Employee Assistance Program. A special thank you to the First Solar Head of People Operations International, Regina Tan for leading the way and facilitating this M.A.T.T.E.R. event, as well as everyone who participated both in-person and virtually!
