Mrs. Shannon McCullough (Reading Specialist) and Mrs. Kelly Pampalone (First-Grade Teacher) were invited to present at the 2025 Improving School Performance Conference held by the Pennsylvania Association of Federal Program Coordinators (PAFPC) in Pittsburgh. They were asked to share the effective programming used at Franklin Regional Primary School to align curriculum across school and home to administrators and educators from across Pennsylvania. We are proud of their accomplishment and how they represented Franklin Regional to others. #PantherPride

Introducing the magnificent school counselors at Franklin Regional Primary School β Tim Donovan, Kristin Scott, and Danielle Deering. Much like their colleagues at FR Intermediate, they are loved and admired by our youngest students and the staff. They work in tandem with our primary teachers to support the needs of all learners. The opening weeks of school are a huge challenge for these three as they work on easing the transition for preschoolers who are shifting into kindergarten. Easing fears, wiping tears, offering cheer, and having good listening ears are part of their daily job! Thank you for your patience, your empathy, and your expertise! π₯°

Too cute not to share! Senior Anna Novelli was celebrated by her younger cousin at Monday's Girls Basketball Senior Recognition event. Nothing is more adorable than a sharp-dressed little man bearing flowers! #adorable #rolemodel π₯°

Paris Gesinski, Doug Kelly, and Julie Fikejs are the "Three Musketeers" of school counseling at Franklin Regional Intermediate School. Their daily efforts mean the world to our students and staff! Youβll literally see them EVERYWHERE in the school as they teach lessons from the counseling curriculum, hold small group activities, support school-wide PBIS efforts, offer academic support, greet students each morning as they arrive, check in with individual students that may need cheer or a bit of extra adult understanding or advice, push into classrooms to observe to better understand student academic experiences, monitor recess activities and help students fine-tune social skills. Happy School Counseling Week to our entire K-12 team! We appreciate you!

Seventh-grade students in Ms. Allison Bergeronβs Life Science course are getting up close and personal with animal, plant, and bacteria cells. They are looking at various cell structures such as the cell membrane, cell wall, chloroplasts, and the nucleus. Students were encouraged to compare and contrast plant and animal cells. Eyes-On, Hands-On, Minds-On! ππ€π§

The Franklin Regional Girls Varsity Basketball Team celebrated "senior recognition" in the Senior High Gym last evening. It was a fantastic celebration! Several FR teachers were included in the ceremony and were hand-selected by the seniors. Good luck to Anna, Toryn, Addison, Sierra, and Madison as they finish their senior year and enter life in the real world. The sky is the limit, ladies! πππ #PantherProud

FR Boys' Basketball Team players recently spent some time at FR Primary. They visited the kindergarten and spent time getting to know the little ones, reading a story, and answering questions. Little did they know, they modeled proper language and conversational skills, reading fluency, and comprehension. Colin Holt (left) and Alex Musto (right) are shown in Mrs. Chelsea Legge's classroom. #booksandbasketball
