@RandyEBarnett Oh please. When text of static "written constitution" is read 1 way for many decades & then exactly the reverse when justices of new political valence take majority, it is not "written constitution" that governs, but preferences of "unconstrained majority of judges."

Yes sirree. Why if those clueless Canucks had common sense gun laws like ours, they could have a manly homicide rate of 6/100,000 like ours, instead of a feeble 2/100,000 as they do now.

Always distrust any congressman (D or R - looking at you Mark Green) who insists on putting M.D. after his name, as if that title is on par with that of elected representative of the people, or lends him some special wisdom that members of other professions do not have.
