@xrpen15 @BilliDaBear would be relatively easy to trace then. Maybe @XRP_FLR_SGB should do some good and report a scam since he lost quite a nice chunk of FLR. He might even know who he talked to, maybe IRL too?

@FlareNetworkFan It is definitely not about preventing the excessive minting. You want to have minted as much as possible. Collateral is there to protect against possible failures.
