Founded in 1996, the Florida Film Critics Circle (FFCC) is an organization of film critics and writers from Florida-based print and online publications.
Kicking off this year's awards is the Golden Orange, which goes to Miami native D Smith for her documentary Kokomo City, which intimately depicts the lives of four Black trans sex workers.
