My hatred of the ULEZ continues...Having rejected my appeal for a fine on a compliant car, they now want the V5 and a manufacturers certificate of conformity.
For a 2017 Mercedes.
Which their own website says is compliant.

I agree there needs to be change, but Ive just wasted 3 gallons of fuel, times that by the 50,000+ other cars stuck, plus the repeat journeys to make up the lost days work and how much pollution was caused?

Had to drive into London today, and they've made it pure misery...
20 zones, average speed for miles, random no entry/no right turns, cameras for every infraction and surprise LTNs not on stay nav with unclear signs.
Now to wait for what ever fines Ive received without realising

Suddenly the internet has been wonderful and the granddaughter of the Mondeo's old owner has just commented on the video! Now I know it was a company car (his sons) and it was well looked after.
It might even go back to the family as a running car!
