I bought this transit van 4 months ago for $7000
used it for RA and local flips and put 4000 miles on it
Today I sold it for $9500
$2500 profit while using the car to generate even more money
don’t get obsessed with orange bars , they only tell a portion of the story
my sales are down 20% from last month yet my margin has more than doubled. Leaving with me more profit than last month with 11 days left in the month.

Slowest Month to Date and I blame it all on myself
During the beginning of the month I felt like I've reached a plateau and stopped putting in as much effort as months before.
This is my pivot point.
28 Days Later & I sold the F150 for $9500
Around $1600 in Profit after Title Fees
Put about 1k miles on it, not a very economical car for RA
Onto the next flip
Bought this F150 for $7.5k and plan on doing the same thing.
Drive around doing RA & Local Flips for a few months while slowly adding value to the car to turn around and flip for a profit
Purchased the next Flip/RA Vehicle
got this for an insane deal
$9500
Plan is to add value and sell it for 13-14k in the next few months
You know the deal by now

Amazon Influencer Program
I create video reviews and when someone purchases a product after viewing my video I earn a small commission.
Little to no effort required.
My goal for this month isn’t anything sales related, sales don’t mean much if you’re running at 5% margins.
3.5k Profit Minimum
Will update at end of month
few months prior to this I did the same thing with this transit van
Paid $2500
did some basic maintenance & made it look more aesthetically pleasing
Sold for $6000

Not a bad month, used this period to liquidate about 20% of my death pile
Selling units for breakeven or small loss.
Getting this cash flow ready for second half of the year.
I have a lot of stale inventory, I've been attached to them in hopes of price coming back up.
This is not how you run a business.
Today I will liquate all of them, and take the loss.
Get the Cash & Reinvest, this is a cash flow business.
Slowest Month this year
here's something to keep in mind
In January my sales were 2x what I am currently sitting at, however my margin was ~10%
I took a real deep reevaluation and focused on improving my margins and stopped focusing on sales
Margin this month is 25%
This month I made an extra $340.17 for simple review videos I made two months ago
The month of April I’ve been slacking with this and haven’t added any new videos, this months focus will be on growing this more.

Simple.
Focus on category’s with higher margins
Analyze your data
- Cut Low Margin/High Return Products
- Double down on the good performers
Amazon isn’t the only way to make money reselling
If you have any spare time and some drive you can do the same
I picked up these 6 Windows on Marketplace for FREE, only cost me 45 minutes of my time and maybe $5 in gas
$50 X 6 = $300
Bought this F150 for $7.5k and plan on doing the same thing.
Drive around doing RA & Local Flips for a few months while slowly adding value to the car to turn around and flip for a profit
Goal for next Month is 20k+
Despite similar results to last month , returns were a lot less. This caused my margins to double.
Still a lot of work to get done. I’m going for a 50k month this year.
@sellerboard
question in terms of FBM Orders
are you guys adjusting the shipping cost when amazon themselves makes shipping adjustments on the amount we paid for the shipping label?
for example for the attached photo, will my shipping cost for this order be adjusted?
