@darkhelmetF3 @F3Nation We had more pax than degrees twice the past week, and there were only 5 and 6 PAX those days, this winter is no joke... Is it weird I'm thinking it's kinda warm tomorrow because it will be 13?

@F3DosEquis I would check out the presidential transition act of 1963 and the amendments of 1998 and 2010. I haven't read them in detail, but they seem to offer some pretty broad access for the president-elect to function prior to inauguration day. -T.i.
