In reply to tweet of Amit Jha regarding complaint of overcharging on FL shop Roja Yaqubpur( lic: Sharad Kumar). The concerned EI caught the salesman in the act of overcharging on 24th November 2022. The salesman was sent to jail and notice was issued to the licensee.

There are 3 brands of Budweiser beer 500 ml CAN having prices 140, 150 & 160 respectively. Upon reinvestigation the shop was found to be overcharging on Rs150 beer CAN. The MRP printed is correct & there is no discrepancy on the manufacturer’s part.
