#mytestimony How I met Jesus ✝️ I never imagined I’d find myself in a church, let alone darken the door of one, but here I was, sitting in the third row of a sanctuary filled with people. “How did I get here?” I asked myself. Well, let me tell you the story of how I met Jesus and my life changed forever. My only ask is that, as you read this, you do so with an open heart and try to put aside any preconceived ideas or beliefs—because perhaps today will be the day that you meet Jesus too. I didn’t grow up like this. I wasn’t raised by a pastor, and nobody in my family went to church except for the usual engagements—first communion, funerals, and weddings. Nonetheless, my journey began when I was a 13-year-old kid living a normal life. One day, I came home from school to find my whole world upside down. My parents, who had been married for over two decades, announced they were getting a divorce. I was in shock. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. As the days went on, the fighting grew worse. The family I had grown up with was now in chaos. There was one night in particular that was especially chaotic. I ran up the attic stairs, curled up into a ball, and covered my ears as I tried to drown out the screaming and fighting. I didn’t want to believe that my once-normal life was coming to an abrupt end. It was in that moment that I began to cry out to a God I didn’t know. “Can He hear me? I hope He does. Please answer me!” So much was running through my mind. All I wanted in that moment was for something to miraculously change and restore my family back to the normalcy that I had known. After weeks, months, and what felt like years of mayhem, my parents’ divorce was finalized. My once ordinary life was now over, and the prayers I had prayed to a God I didn’t know seemed to go unanswered. I spent the next ten years of my life filled with rage and rejection. I came to believe that there were two possible scenarios that could explain my pain: either God wasn’t real, or He was real and just didn’t care about me. Over those ten years, I took up martial arts as an escape. Going to the gym helped me forget about the outside world. When I was training, all I had to worry about was the guy in front of me trying to beat me. At the same time, I grew jaded and started living life with a chip on my shoulder. I was out to show the world—and God—that I didn’t need anything. I could do it on my own. My life seemed to be on the up and up. I was finding great success in martial arts and had pursued a full-time career in professional fighting. I worked my way through the amateur rankings, was crowned the champion of my division, and became the number one prospect in the region. I was one step closer to making it—but more importantly, one step closer to proving I could do it alone. After cutting through the amateur rankings, I decided it was time to make my professional debut. Months and years of preparation had led up to this moment. It was fight night. My heart was pounding, the crowd was roaring, and everyone I knew was there to watch me compete. My opponent was another highly touted young prospect from a tough gym. We both entered the cage, and before I knew it, the fight was over. I won! Everyone began to shout and celebrate. After the fight, the celebrations continued with a night filled with food and laughter. In the moment, I was on cloud nine, but when I made it back home, the same brokenness and pain that I had felt as a young boy was still with me. Nothing really changed. On the outside, I had everything I dreamed of, but deep down, I was dead

@Cernovich It’s better to live alone in the corner of an attic than with a quarrelsome wife in a lovely home.

@BowTiedBroke Terrible. I honestly think it would be best for Americans to take their parents in when they get older. Other cultures around the world do that and I think it is the safest and most efficient thing to do. On top of that, it keeps families close.

I’m so happy Trump won It’s incredibly refreshing seeing the left meltdown as their demonic and corrupt policies are being taken out one by one.
