@Patrickvancalck Nancy Carroll (Nov 19, 1903 – Aug 06, 1965). Birthname Ann Veronica LaHiff. Although there are no records of her working for Ziegfeld, she did work for the Schubert brothers for several seasons before making the leap to film, even being nominated for an Oscar for Best Actress.
