It may be almost 5 AM, but I finished sewing a dress!!! Lots of mistakes but now it has 2 ways to wear the collar!

One unimportant but interesting thing that's happened since I got pregnant is that before I got pregnant I could only sleep on my left side and now I can only sleep on my right.

@lamb83 Unfortunately knowing my roommate their social anxiety and desire to fix every problem would combine into them either not meeting their own needs, feeling guilty every time they need to take a bath, or feeling very constrained.

To clarify that is 2-3 baths, which take one hour each and occur at completely random times every day that cannot be sorted into morning, afternoon, evening, and night because they do not even always occur during those times

Like idk I'm pregnant and therefore required to drink a gallon and a half of water and I have a baby pressing down on my bladder so maybe a bathroom schedule would be helpful

Finally made jalapeño poppers after I haven't been able to eat the ingredients in 3 months and man there's nothing like the taste of bacon after you wanted it for 3 months but were too nauseous.

@esjesjesj I also discovered that a lot of men think women's bodies are liquid - that is, if you aren't wearing something tight and shaped they think you have expanded to fit the shape of your clothes. I get comments that I've "gotten fat" or "look much healthier" days apart from too thin.

Pregnancy is making me way more ruthless. I just told a guy "I bet you think you can't get tuberculosis if you keep your mouth closed" bc he insists "smell can't cause an allergic reaction" when people told him about airborne allergies.

@bashu_thanks To be fair, all of that except the fact he claimed to have long hair could easily be my ex boyfriend who went from drug dealing to pursuing his dreams of starting a coffee shop

@quesadaaa_ Being a good person can suck sometimes but there are benefits. For instance, your actions change the world around you - sometimes in a lasting way. More people in your circle survive & succeed. Also, you can host parties with people who actually like you as the guests!
