We are a molecular quantum dynamics group at ETH Zurich, headed by Jeremy Richardson. Our research is on semiclassical techniques for rates and spectroscopy.

The authors derive a methodology for a completely new type of quantum tunnelling in nonadiabatic reactions, that results in an enormous 27 orders of magnitude speedup and is able to account for the observed kinetic isotope effects!
