Gonna throw my two cents in here:. Petey Piranha with Piranha Plant Cove makes sense. Funky Kong with Wii Rainbow Road would be very funny. Pauline, Kamek, Diddy Kong, and *maybe* DK Jr. also deserve spots. I can't think of anyone else from the Mario Kart series important enough.
