@InoriArelist @StudiosofAether Just wanted to point out the statement says "...not able to find evidence of recent issues..." but there is evidence of problematic behaviors in the past. This is written this way because there were many allegations in the document that spanned a wide timeline.

RTing LD's thread here for visibility re: the LACS. Sheds some great light behind the scenes on things and also why they are such a great partner for us. They really do have the scenes best interests at heart
@elpelpelpe hi! TO here. for a bit of context, LACS is an established Smash series Ludwig has been running for many years now the original concept was a launch marketing event hosted by Ludwig. it wasn't meant to be a pure "top 16 Rivals" bracket but more "Smash x Rivals worlds collide"
