The Texans are a perfect fit for Cooper Kupp. They just hired former Rams TE coach and passing game coordinator Nick Caley as OC. Kupp is declining, so it's imperative that he stays in a similar scheme. The former Ram can be an underneath complement to Nico Collins. You can't count on Tank Dell coming off a torn ACL.
