I'm surprised Everybody's waiting sounds so... generic? Like a random British boysband. There's some Arctic Monkeys in this song, some David Bowie and a lot of The Beatles, but there's no Joker Out. At all.

Joker Out's older songs sound very unique. They have their own style that is sadly missing in their new stuff. I guess they have a problem with finding balance between being influenced by other artists and twisting it into their own thing.

I absolutely adore Ruoska performance form UMK. The intro giving a vibe of a vintage horror, Jere's night gown, Erika's face on the screen behind him... It was perfect.

Maybe it's the language issue. I think part of the older song's charm is the fact they are very emotional. Those emotions are sort of getting lost in translation when the songs are in English, because boys are disconnected with their feelings due to a foreign language
