And that’s a wrap for the SpainSat NG-I launch! ✅ Last night, the first of the two Airbus-built new generation SpainSat satellites, SpainSat NG-I, was successfully launched on a Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral, in the U.S. Europe’s most advanced secure communications satellite, will enter into service in geostationary orbit from the second half of 2025. As a leader in cybersecurity, Estonia will host Europe's first Space Cyber Range dedicated to NewSpace SMEs – supported through @esa's ARTES Safety & Security from Space (4S) programme and developed by a @Spaceit_eu-led consortium. A Space Cyber Range combines virtual satellite testing environments with physical collaboration spaces and data centers, letting companies detect security vulnerabilities and practice cyber defense before launch.
