Ann Shulgin, psychedelic author, lay-therapist, lecturer, and friend, died this morning (July 9th, 2022) at age 91. We were incredibly fortunate to have known her for 25 years. She was kind, sharp witted, gracious, and insightful.

The FDA has just approved Naloxone nasal spray (Narcan) for over-the-counter sales. Naloxone can reverse opioid overdoses, as a nasal spray or IM injection form. Will be sold in 2-packs, because in some cases it takes 2 doses. This is a good thing!

Nevada has passed a law that will (starting January) disallow employers from refusing to hire just because a person tests positive for cannabis. There's exceptions (jobs w/ safety issues, truck drivers, union workers), and it doesn't affect drug testing after being hired. Weird.
