@British_Airways my family had to cancel our flight because my son broke him arm which was 2weeks ago. For some reason I never got the cancellation confirmation email. Already submitted receipt request 2weeks ago. I really need it to claim to travel insurance.

@O2 i have been scammed. An order of IPhone 15 has been placed which I wasn’t aware of. Already reported to @O2, but it will take up to 30days for fraud team to investigate. Is it true? I simply want to return the phone and remove the contract out from my account.

@VirginAtlantic Thanks for the reply. I worked out we can do with only 2 checked in luggage. Since I can't pick any seats now, I am thinking to book economy light instead of economy classic then pay for 2 luggage at check in. (I believe this way is cheaper). Is there any disadvantage doing that
