@chrashwood One could argue that most papers are advertisements promoting something. These papers have their place and we need more transparency around the degree of company involvement. E.g. access/resources, experimental design, methods, technical support, writing, publication costs.

@AZougman Looks promising to me. The real question is, would scientists think to optimise extraction methods for phospho or would they focus on optimising enrichment methods? I'd guess most choose their favourite proteomics extraction method and then add phospho enrichment.

@YishaiLevin @educhicano I am sorry that I missed your paper. It didn't pop up in my searches because FFPE wasn't mentioned in the title or the abstract. I'd be curious to try TOP however I'd be worried about heat induced phospho changes and the use of MW filters.
