One of our works was accepted for a podium presentation at the @AcademicSurgery Clinical Congress. I am excited to present the first part of this ongoing work on addressing burnout in postpartum physician trainees! And... We are going to Vegas!👯♀️ @ErikaRangelMD

Thought-provoking editorial to write. Non-childbearing parents get less discussion, but have unique challenges due to judgements of a culture established by their predecessors. @AmBdSurg @acgme helping with leave, but cultural change in surgery is a Sisyphean task. Thx for invite
