This build focuses completely around ability haste, your bubble cooldown goes to like 5 seconds after 2-3 items. Domination as a rune tree in general is weak after removing eyeball collector so Aery is the new default. Precision is strong and cut down helps your damage while legend haste plays further into the CDR build. Seraphs has a much nicer build path than Ludens while allowing you to not take a mana rune and not have mana issues. It also lets you spike earlier on tear + ionian boots. The shield is nice too. We’re in a tank meta so it’s not like you’re one shotting anyone anyways right now so might as well be able to cast 3x the amount of spells and apply 3x the pressure ^^. Try it!
