As I psyc guy I am pretty easygoing but I can't argue with your list. What is concerning is the ease with which folks lie to sell a political point of view, a product, or a service. It is as if have an honest conscience has become quite optional.

Some perspective for

. The SEC has filed for appeal but a court will decide if they can. If they are allowed to appeal they face an only 10% success rate. XRP will recover and do just fine.
