@GoldmanSachs feeling scammed by GS Marcus CD. My CD auto renewed and was told the only option to not have it auto renew is to log in the day before maturity . So I have to remember to do that in 18 months ?!! This feels like total fraud and should be investigated

This is outrageous! Worst flying experience of my life . No communication for over 5 hours and left us stranded !

Horrible experience w/ @JetBlue trying to fly from Bozeman to NY right now ! Waiting 4+ hrs for maintenance issue with little communication. The flight still hasn’t been declared cancelled & the only option offered is to leave on the next flight in 2 days! I will never fly again!
