@thetimes @JeremyClarkson Correction - none of this has made MY LIFE better in any way and as you all know MY LIFE is the only one that counts. “I voted for Brexit. What it is with me, I’d rather be a poor master than a rich servant,” he said. "It was about freedom"

@TheVikingQueen3 @benonwine “I voted for Brexit. What it is with me, I’d rather be a poor master than a rich servant,” he said. “It wasn’t about the racism, immigrants or anything, it was about freedom.” Michael Caine

@IanABNE @janey_wayney13 I had one of their large breakfasts the other day - was I admit defeated. Stick with their breakfasts, chicken things and starters.

@elonmusk Actions need to have consequences. Texas should offer to take all and any refugees from South Africa under threat - just give them Green Cards - you won't regret it.

@NormanSufrin Any failure of Brexit is due to the British politicians wanting it to fail and the EU politicians wanting to punish Britain for daring to want to leave and not give them money. The Tories will be destroyed because of this - we can see it happening before our eyes.

@DrChrisParry The massive irony is that 30 years after the Western world castigated South Africa for daring to point out that you cannot live with these people, they are now finding out the hard way that PW Botha and Ian Smith were actually right.

@ZiaYusufUK To be fair that is because the previous Labour council bankrupted Croydon and they have to make up a massive shortfall. Perry had promised to address the borough's £1.4bn debt burden when he was elected in 2023. Check your facts - I live in Croydon.
