Not to go all sour grapes here BUT PHX was healthy all season. Of the 17 wins: MIL (-Jrue), 2 vs LAL (-AD twice, -LBJ once), PHI (-Simmons), LAC (-Kawhi), UTH (-Mitchell/Conley). Two wins vs NY and 3 vs DAL w/o Porzingis. This has been a very fortune season for the Suns
For all the completely fair discussion of how injuries have shaped Phoenix’s run, this was the metric that caught my eye the most going into the playoffs: They went 17-7 (70%) vs. teams with a top-ten point differential.
They’ve been the best team vs. the best teams.
