A new report shows many young people, especially women, feel unsafe on Gold Coast streets and public transport at night. Safety is a right, not a privilege and I’ll be working with the community to find solutions. Please DM me with your suggestions.

Whatever your views on the final decision of the light rail projects, I think we can all agree that the Gold Coast is yet again getting short changed by both parties. I will always put our community first and push hard to get the funding we need. Link:

@Surfrider GC have recently sampled Currumbin Creek and returned high results of faecal contamination. These spills are unacceptable.. We’ve started a petition call on the GC Council and the State Gov to fix the sewage leaks impacting our waterways!
