1️⃣ Halve the length of inductions, doing only the absolute necessary.
2️⃣ Upload everything else to one dedicated space and show staff where to find it.
✨Result: Accessible information, when the team need it, where the team need it✨
The only thing worse than being so bored you fall asleep during a departmental induction is when you’re so bored you fall asleep during a departmental induction that you are in fact delivering.

What are people using to manage their departmental guidelines/SOP's? I think for most it seems to be pdfs somewhere on the intranet but interested in other solutions.
Obviously I'd love it if everyone wrote them in markdown and managed versions with Git but that's not happening.
