@TKenn82 Rather than compartmentalizing the food pyramid into 'shelves' to be 'tweaked' we need holistic approach to the food system that recognizes the volume of UPFs dumped into the food environment at low price & with huge human & planetary health consequences.

I’m just halfway through & it has seriously disrupted my existing paradigms. An exceptional piece of work.
Never expected to experience paradigm shift every 30min while reading this book by @davidwengrow It’s making me feel like I know everything & I know nothing at the same time 🤯 might have just became my favorite book ever😭
