I hated PNoy and Mar Roxas' inactipn on transport problem that I risked supporting Poe (who turned out to be ewan). But we were all blindsided by Duterte's theatrics. I want food prices to be top election issue. It is so hard to eat healthy with our food costs. I have my cross to bear, but it must be real hard for the food poor.

@TalktoBPI messages me about 12X a year to avail of their Express Cash Loan, but still has not explained to me after 9 days why they failed to act on a fund transfer instruction instanteneously and why it still took them days to settle when BSP requirement has been shortened to one hour. Its insurance arm still has not acted on my request for fire insurance renewal after so many days. Which banks give you good service? I just want a bank that works. IBank used to be well-regarded for its exempary service, but it is long gone.

Relative to PSE, GCash IPO may be big, but that is simply because PSE refused to grow and mature like your middle-aged tito still living in the paternal mansion. The country has billions of pesos idling as deposits or earning a pittance in money market funds. The Filipino retail investors must also grow and mature.
