In the presence of HH Prince Mamdouh bin Saud Al Saud, CEO of King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (KACARE), and Eng. Ahmed Al-Zahrani, Chairman of EnergyTech and Assistant Minister of Energy for Development and Excellence, an MoU was signed between Eng. Ayman Mufti, Head of the Human Capability Development Sector and General Supervisor of Strategy, Governance, and Data at KACARE, and Mr. Bassam Al-Bokhari, CEO of EnergyTech. This collaboration aims to develop and enhance human capabilities in the energy sector, which aligns with the renewable energy strategy.

In pursuit of advancing local content, a group of leading companies in the energy sector, including Bin Quraya, STAR Fabricators Co. Ltd, Larsen & Toubro Saudi Arabia LLC, ARCC, GAS Arabian Services, BHIG, and NPCC, collaborated to sign training ending with employment agreements with their strategic partner, EnergyTech, to train and develop young Saudis during #iktva2025 Forum. These agreements aim to support Saudization and enhance the local workforce.
