@Rfonsi1 I have a pseudo-seizure for each pet-ct report pasted on the note... It needs to contain crucial and codified elements of data. It needs to convey the mindset in 2 lines, so next time i pick it up in a busy clinic i am "in the zone". I call "cryptic messages to my future self"

@bbehin @AlGarfall In general, greater quantitative impact in higher risk disease, corroborated by clinical trial outcomes. But with NGS quantifying disease before and after you see impact varies tremendously from individual to individual. @SusanBal9 paper coming out soon
