A fantastic session on the diagnosis & mgt of pneumothorax & pleural effusion from Dr Panchal from UHL. Top tips: ⭐️Don't rush to put in a chest drain in a unilateral effusion. ⭐️Only put in a chest drain once you know the cause of the effusion. @leicschestdoc #RACPN23
